Akshaya arranged a trip to Kenya for us early this year. The trip was excellent for the following: 1. Akshaya provided the best price among various agents we checked, simply put Cox and King were twice their price. 2. All accommodation were high end, the stay at Mt Kenya was exceptional 7 star facility, thanks to Akshaya for proposing it in the itinerary 3. Tour guide was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable In all we received more than we expected or asked for. Even when our flight arrived over an hour late in Nairobi no extra charges were taken, that's not the experience I have had with other tours

We were part of the European Group tour organized by Akshaya India Tours & Travels from 30th May to 10th June 2019. It was an excellent tour well planned and organized by Akshaya. Apart from cost-effective, it covered all important tourist attractions in 8 countries in about 11 days. The hotels where we stayed overnight were all decent and good. Vegetarian lunches and dinners every day in good Indian restaurants made our tour pleasant and enjoyable. Though we traveled over 5000 km across 8 countries in 11 days, we never felt tired as the coach arranged by Akshaya was very comfortable. A special mention about the Tour Coordinator Mr.Paari. We have traveled to Mauritius-Dubai on 14th June 2019, through Akshaya India Tours & Travels. I must say the arrangements both at the destination and at the locations are very excellent. Starting from pick up from Airport Mauritius, Airport Dubai, Airport New Delhi to hotels, organizing local sightseeing were taken care of in a very professional manner, more importantly, the communication at the local level was excellent and they kept the visitors lively & well informed in advance. They have also taken care of food etc., nicely. In the given time, a sincere effort was made to cover the maximum place. This may be the reason for repeated customers, in-fact we have traveled third time through Akahaya All these could not have been possible without exhibiting excellent teamwork by Akshaya both in India and their associates in visiting locations. Visited Mauritius and Dubai for a very economical fare. Quite satisfied with their facilities and transfer options provided. They made us travel through great flights such as Emirates which was an experience in itself. Felt that some of the scheduling was a little hectic but that was just a very minor thing. The arrangements were good at Dubai, Mauritius as well as India. The only suggestion from my side would be that, kindly ask the Dubai travel agency to take us out for Shopping as they only know a good place at a cheaper cost...I have given some feedback to them too. And Dubai plan could have been extended by one day instead of wasting one day at Mauritius. Delhi also 1 day waste for us to travel itself. Could have planned a little more precise so as to avoid more day time in travel so that we can visit places in that time...overall Good experience will Akshaya travels.

This is our first international trip with Akshaya. (Europe - 9N 10D package - 1st October 2019) We are extremely satisfied with the way the tour was organized. We never faced any issue in food, accommodation, and transfers throughout the trip. Thanks to excellent tour managers Mr.Umarnath and Mr.Arvind making the trip a memorable, comfortable and enjoyable one. Mr.Harry was very helpful in swift & easy processing of VISA. However, one pain-point is the cold attitude & behavior of some front-office staff at Akshaya. We were unable to get satisfactory replies for most of our queries even after repeated reminders & follow-up calls.

We had a wonderful experience in our Darjeeling-Pelling-Gangtok tour. 6N and 7D. Ms. Swetha from Akshaya was patient enough to customize the tour as per our budget. It took nearly 3 weeks to finalize our itinerary and she helped us all along. Mr. Rakesh was co-ordinating the tour and providing us the driver numbers and he took our feedback positively. We were taken to all places and sightseeing in separate cabs which is a big plus. The hotels they booked are good. Especially the one in Pelling was a great one. The tour was very well organized. Highly recommend. I would also like to thank the cab drivers who drove for nearly 5-7 hrs to take us to & from the Airport and all the towns.

It was one of the most exciting amazing moments spent in Singapore and Malaysia. Akshaya takes the credit for making us comfortable in all the way towards enjoying every moment on the trip which we have never expected. Our tour manager Mr.Arvindraj was so caring and comforting everyone which moved each one of us. It actually promotes us to travel more. This was our first international trip and it was perfectly planned. Mr. Aravinth, our tour manager took much care and was very professional in organizing each day. The very First place we visited was Gardens by the way, it was a breathtaking place , overwhelmingly attractive place and about Universal studios, need not be mentioned specifically since it was a must visit place. We were impressed with the ease of communication by Mr Aravinth and the way he guided us. His punctuality made us visit all the places as per the schedule. Special thanks from my family to him, the way he took care of my mother and made her so comfortable, without him it wouldn't have been much easier. Malaysia trip was quite exciting too. And his words are still lingering, " Madam u all need to be on time, late panna kashtam" and his words became our wake up call every morning. I would like to thank our trip guides too, they gave perfect gyaan about the places. Once again thank you team and special thanks to Mr Aravinth, the height of professionalism. Looking forward to more trips with Akshaya in future.

I have been to Europe for 10 days from may 23, 2019 with two kids and my sister. I am posting this coz I was very impressed with the way our tour manager Leander handled the trip... He made sure that we attended all the places.. The stay they offered was good, especially loved our stay at Innsbruck and Rome... We were given Indian food for lunch n dinner with salad n non-vegetarian. On the last day Mr. Leander organised pasta and pizza at Italy. Happy that I have chosen Akshaya.

Recently, I travelled with my family to Singapore. Akshaya India tours and travels planned our trip with us, they were prompt, efficient and made this Singapore trip as smooth and enjoyable as it could possibly be. Hotel suggestions were first class, well located, and very user-friendly. We had the uber-cool, dynamic Tour Manager, Mr Aravinth Raj with us who was exceptional in every way -knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, helpful, and enthusiastic. He was always available when we called or texted. The experience was like someone watching over us to make sure that we had a wonderful trip. Though we had a very short time, we were able to cover all the places of interest because of his punctuality and time management, prompting us to be there on time every day. We not only saw the sites of interest but learned the history, facts and details behind them with our local guides Mr Raja, Mr Joushua explaining them throughout the tour. Overall they did an outstanding job arranging and helping us travel hassle-free. Thank you Akshaya tours and travels and a special thanks to Aravinth ji for making this trip a memorable one.

I came across Akshaya by chance when we were planning a family trip for Europe. I am glad we found Akshaya. Right from the first interaction we had with Tasneem to enquire about the trip, the experience has been phenomenal. They are very honest and service oriented and don't make any false promises. Their Itinerary was well chartered to cover lot of places within the available days. Their visa team was very helpful and detailed in their work and helped us get visa for both UK and Schengen visa quite easily. Thank you Muthukumar for all your help. We did the Europe trip between May 5th to 15th 2019. Our tour leader Parry was the champion of the trip. Our trip wouldn't have been memorable without his calm and pleasant personality to bring us all together. He made sure we did not miss any of the attractions and guided well about the Dos and Don'ts at each location. His vast experience about the region also meant expert advice on what to buy and where :) . The daily schedule for the trip was so detailed by the hour and he managed to keep us on time on most of the days. We had a diverse group from senior citizens to toddlers but the energy was great. The hotels at every location were very convenient. We loved the location of the hotel in Innsbruck (Waldhotel Seefeld) and Zurich (Hotel Krone). We had very hygienic Indian food every day for lunch and dinner. Parry did surprise us with hot Idly after Mt.Titlis and hash browns at Stuttgart. Overall it was a well-organized trip and worth for every rupee spent. Their package price was very competitive compared to others and also well organized and managed with talented tour leaders. I am looking forward to our next trip using Akshaya.
