After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie, covering a distance of 220 kilometers which takes approximately 7 to 8 hours. En route, explore the stunning Kempty Falls and other attractions. Arrive in Barkot and check into your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Today's journey involves a 45-kilometer drive followed by a 6-kilometer trek (one side) to Yamunotri. Drive to Jankichatti or Phoolchatti and commence your trek to Yamunotri, either on foot, by horse, or Doli (palanquin) at your own cost. Experience the spiritual aura of Yamunotri, where you can cook rice in the hot water of the hot kund and offer prayers at the Divya Shila.
