Documents required for Visa:

Note: Service charge of INR 650, and the visa processing fee of INR 2800 for each application +  Courier charges Rs.600 . 

Processing Time: Maximum 7 working days, (excluding the day of submission and holidays) if your application is submitted online via SAVE.  Processing time may be delayed during periods of high demand.

• Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel to Singapore
• Old passports
• Application form 14A, please type OR complete by hand using capital/uppercase letters only, don’t take print out the form back-to-back, no whitener and no overwrite in the form and sign (for minor both the parents should sign) affix a photo in the form and sign over the photograph (Pls find the attachment)
• Photographs as per Singapore specification (35 mm x 45 mm with 75% of face in white background, which is in contrast with the clothes with a matt finish and semi matt finish without border) (Do not staple) image must be taken within the last 3 months and image must show the full face, two ears and without headgear (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but not hide the facial features and without spectacular. Photography is not older than 3 months and also the copies of the photographs.
• Covering Letter from principal applicant in business letterhead/plain paper mentioning the purpose, duration and from and to date of travel (Pls find the attachment)
• To and fro Air ticket copy. (Singapore High Commission shall not process any visa application if the travel date is within 7 days of filling of visa application)
• If employed-Last three month pay slip with employer ID card copy and last year ITR- last three months bank statements and enough fund (not less than one week at the time submission) 
• If doing business last year income tax paper copy (ITR V)/ROC/GST, Partnership deed if applicable and last three months bank statements and enough fund (not less than one week at the time submission)
• If retired, pension order copy and last three months bank statements with enough fund (not less than one week at the time submission)
• Home maker, last three months bank statements (not less than one week at the time submission)
• School/College ID card (if student)
• Hotel confirmation 
• Ticket copy (Airline Membership (eg Kris flyer Elite Silver membership no. 123456789, expiry 29/09/22)
• If any changes in current and previous passport bio pages of passport (name, date of birth. Etc), provide sufficient legal documents.

NOTE:  Passport should be issued in south India region otherwise provide a residential document like rental agreement/a letter from your employer letterhead stating that you are residing in south India and mentioning the address and mentioning the address.

 Visa Validity 9 weeks multiple entry and each entry 30days stay (Visa validity is consulate discretion)
